Campground Rules


Pets

Customers may bring household pets such as dogs and cats to the campground. No other animals, livestock, poultry, reptiles, insects or exotic pets are permitted.

All pets (TWO MAX) must be registered with the campground. Dogs and cats must be licensed, and proof of vaccination may be required.

Pets may not be left tied to trees, electrical post, water hydrants or otherwise unattended at campsites. Owners are responsible for cleaning up pet waste.

For the protection of, and in consideration to other persons, noisy, aggressive, vicious, unruly or poisonous pets are not allowed at a campground. Persons who are unable to control their pets must remove them from the campground or the animal may be taken to/by local animal control authorities.

The owner of any pet is responsible for any injuries or damages caused by their pets. In addition, the owner of any pet that causes injury or damages to another is expected to resolve the issue directly with the injured party. We are not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by pets.

Pets will be allowed in certain rental units upon payment of a non-refundable pet fee. Please note that any guest wishing to bring a pet and use a rental unit must advise when making their reservation arrangements.

Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal and without payment of any pet fee or other surcharge. Service animals are permitted in buildings, rental units and other locations where pets are prohibited.

Pet policies may be updated by campground without notice at any time by the discretion of the campground.

Pets are not permitted in the public buildings or amenity areas, including but not limited to the bathrooms and clubhouse.

For your safety, do not feed any wild or domestic animals other than your own pets.

Pet policies may by upated by campground without notice at anytime by the descrtion of the campground.


Parking Policies / Guests / Cancellations

Only one extra vehicle such as car, motorcycle, or trailer per site. The following are prohibited: Vehicles/trailers exceeding 15 feet in overall length, commercial vehicles, and heavy equipment.

Camping guests can purchase a guest pass for $5 per day, but a third vehicle must vacate the campsite by 11 PM.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in person or by phone or email at least 14 days prior to reservation/check-in date for a full refund. Requests received between 4 to 14 days of check-in will incur an $8 per night cancellation fee for each night cancelled, up to 14 nights maximum. Requests received between 0 and 3 days of check-in will not receive a refund for each night cancelled, up to 14 nights maximum



Tarps, Tents, Shade Structures, Other Structures

Tents and “easy-up”-type structures are for temporary use only, limited to four days.

Owners can approve more substantial, semi-permanent shade structures, in accordance with the owners guidelines and at their discresion.

Only form-fitting bike/car covers are allowed. Carports are prohibited.

Please do not use a tarp to cover any part of your RV or campsite.

Exterior furnishings should be appropriate for outdoor/camping use. Indoor furnishings including but not limited to sofas, chairs, refrigerators, freezers and kitchen tables are not allowed on your campsite.

Fencing is limited to 24” in height and may be utilized only in the area under the rig awning.

Flags and signs that display the Confederate flag, politicians, political candidates or contain vulgarity or profanity are not allowed to be displayed at your site or throughout the campground. Customers in violation of this policy will be asked to remove their flag/sign and if they refuse to do so, will be asked to vacate the property.

Cassette-type toilets and transportable wastewater containers are not permitted.



Noxious Activities

Quiet hours are 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. Only reported guests and registered campers are allowed at your campsite.

No illegal, noxious or offensive activities shall be conducted at any site, including those that are or could become an unreasonable annoyance or nuisance to neighboring sites.

We will not tolerate abusive or disruptive behavior, whether directed at management, staff or other persons.

Smoking is not permitted in any of our buildings, including restrooms and rental units. Smoking material must be extinguished in an appropriate fire container.

The open consumption of alcoholic beverages must be kept in a concealed container. Under no circumstances will minors, as determined by state and local law, be served or allowed to consume alcoholic beverages onsite. Bringing kegs onto the premises is prohibited.

Sites must be kept clean and orderly. Accumulation of personal property on site is not permitted. No outdoor storage, appliances, fences, or clotheslines. Place all trash in the appropriate location – check with the camp host for details.

All vehicles must remain in operable condition at all times; motor homes must be able to move under their own power; and travel trailers must have a working tow vehicle on site for the duration of reservation.

Fireworks, explosives, and weapons may not be brought into or discharged in parks.

Non Emergency repairs and routine maintenance of any vehicle or RV are prohibited.

Discharging of wastewater onto the ground is prohibited. No RV or vehicle washing, open drains, pools, hot tubs, or water activity of any kind will be allowed. Water usage is limited to filling RV tanks.



Disorderly Persons

The following are grounds for reservation termination and removal from the property: loud noise, whether mechanical, musical or vocal, use of foul or indecent language, causing damage to property of the campground or another person, drunken disorderly conduct, failing to follow rules, failing to follow directions of the property staff, threatening or abusive behavior, or any other conduct that is not the type of behavior that is expected at a family campground/resort.


Damage

Customers are responsible for all damage or destruction of property, and any injury to persons, caused by the guest or his or her family, visitor or pets. We reserve the right to charge guests accordingly for any damage they cause to the grounds and/or campground facilities, including but not limited to broken waterlines, damaged/missing sewer connections, cable lines, landscaping, and excessive debris (bottle caps, zip ties, cigarette butts, etc.).

Charcoal fires and grills are allowed in designated areas only. Do not break tree branches or damage park shrubbery for fire fuel. Extinguish fires before departing vicinity.
